Important Notice Regarding Possible Delays to Deliveries

In Home Setup

Due to recent government announcements some of our shipping partners are experiencing higher than usual demand, staff safety concerns and a reduction in their workforces. Because of this it is currently not possible for us to arrange for our in-home setup service or white glove deliveries.

If you currently have this service booked and have not been contacted already please get in touch with our customer service by phone to confirm any alternative arrangements. The courier may still attempt to deliver your chair but will be unable to setup the chair in your home. If you do not wish for this to happen please get in touch.

Parcel Deliveries

Normal courier deliveries are currently proceeding as normal but couriers will not be able to bring parcels into your home. Please ensure that you have able bodied people available to help with setting up your chair and installation.

New Orders

We are currently still accepting new orders, but the in-home setup option will be unavailable on both our website and eBay stores. Please only order if you are prepared to wait for delivery or are able to self-assemble the chair. If you have questions regarding any future orders, please contact us on 0800 644 5064 and we will be happy to provide advice.

 

Unfortunately any delays in the distribution network due to Covid-19 or government regulations are largely outside of our control but we will do our best to accomodate the needs of our customers wherever safe and possible to do so.
