Extended Warranty

Ensuring our customers are happy with the products we provide is a core part of business. Working with our suppliers we are happy to now offer an extended warranty service on some of our chairs.

One year parts & labour

All of our chairs are covered by our standard one year parts & labour warranty. In the event of a failure please get in touch with a description of the problem and photographs if possible. We will endeavour to send a replacment part to remedy the issue.

If self-installation of replacement parts is not possible in some cases we will send an engineer to perform the repair. In order to action this we will need to assess the claim and may require further information from you. We work with a team of engineers and our suppliers to ensure we can offer a comprehensive after sales care system.

Riser Recliner Electrics

In addition to the standard warranty above we have extended the cover on Riser Recliner chairs electrical components to protect them for two years from the date of purchase. This includes motor faults, handset faults and wiring faults - to minimise the risk of these faults incurring please familiarise yourself with the operating manual for each chair to ensure correct operation.

  • Ordered chair delivery service good then chair developed a fault warranty company an absolute disgrace surely someone in Morris should be holding these absolutely shambolic people to account for an abysmal service if this is the best company Morris can get to repair there furniture pitty help them

  • Relaxer chair purchased in March 2022.The lift up part of this chair stopped working after a couple of months being May 2022 and was unusable.Notified morris living and had to wait until July for chair to be inspected then had to wait for a new part for the chair, to be delivered.
    Then wait again for the new part to be fixed.Total time waited by me was 3 months.l am an 85yr old disabled lady and the chair was bought to
    help me.I paid £699.99p for this chair in March 2022 chair broken on lift up part in May 2022.Could not use chair for 3 months out of 6 months
    when bought.I feel very let down with this item and have not had any one to show any thoughts for the trouble and distress l have had.
