Refund policy
Returns
We will not accept any returns 45 days after delivery. It is advisable to retain all packaging for this return period. You can benefit from cheaper return costs if items are still boxed.
Returns due to a fault within 45 days
If there is a problem with your product please contact us in the first instance on 0800 6445064 as with most issues we will be able to remedy by sending the appropriate replacement part. If you still wish to return the item, please send photos of the problem and we will take care of the rest for you. Faults occurring after 45 days are covered under our one year warranty on all products (see below)
Returns due to change of mind within 45 days
If you wish to return your product for any other reason within 45 days please send the item in a re-saleable condition to Morris Living, C/O Rainbow Nightfreight, Quibell’s Lane, Newark, NG24 2AL. We will give a full refund after we receive and check the item(s). If you wish to use our couriers to collect items please contact us for a personalised quote. Please note this will cost more if the original packaging has not been kept. For this reason we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for 45 days.
Shipping refunds on change of mind returns.
We are unable to refund any delivery surcharges paid when placing your order when you return items under "change of mind" return reasons.
Warranty
All products sold are covered by a one year parts warranty. Please email us with photographs of your issue and we will replace the parts concerned. If we cannot replace the part concerned we will replace the item with an identical or similar product.
