About This Product

The staingard 5 year protection cover offers peace of mind and protection against stains and accidental damage to your new chair.



Where possible we aim to provide dimensions to help you decide on the suitability of a product for your home.
Please note that dimensions are approximate and that items such as soft furnishings can slightly.

We reccomend customers seek additional help when manouvering products over 20kg.
This includes products which are ordered using door-step delivery methods.

Riser Recliner Chairs

We operate two services for the delivery of our riser chairs. Fastest, and also free of charge, is our standard service where we will deliver the chair on a pre-agreed day via a parcel delivery company. The driver will need to take a signature at the door and will not come into the home to set the chair up. Please ensure you have an able-bodied person available to receive the chair if taking this option.

Alternatively if you have additional requirements or feel you would not be able to setup the chair / handle the boxes on your own we can provide an in-home installation service (subject to terms and conditions). This service can take between 2-3 weeks and is advised for larger chairs such as Riser Recliners where individual boxes can weigh up to 60kg. Currently Riser Recliner chairs above £399 are eligible to receive this service at no extra cost subject to geographic restrictions. Swivel Recliner Chairs.

For chairs with a gross weight of 30kg or less we will ship using the parcel courier DPD. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. DPD will keep you up to date with the progress including a one-hour time slot sent via text message. Please make sure we have an up to date mobile number to take advantage of this service.
For chairs with a gross weight over 30kg (e.g. Mars and Hereford) we will ship using the parcel courier DX. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. The driver will need a signature on arrival at the doorstep. Please ensure you have an able-bodied person available to receive the chair.


Please retain all packaging for the first 30 days. We will not accept any returns 30 days after delivery.

Returns due to a fault within 30 days

If there is a problem with your product please contact us in the first instance on 0800 6445064 as with most issues we will be able to remedy by sending the appropriate replacement part. If you still wish to return the item, please send photos of the problem and we will take care of the rest for you. Faults occurring after 30 days are covered under our one year warranty on all products (see below)

Returns due to change of mind within 30 days

If you wish to return your product for any other reason within 30 days please send the item in a re-saleable condition to Morris Living, C/O Rainbow Nightfreight, Quibell’s Lane, Newark, NG24 2AL. If you wish to use our couriers to collect items please contact us for a quote. Please note this will cost more if the original packaging has not been kept.


All products sold are covered by a one year parts warranty. Please email us with photographs of your issue and we will replace the parts concerned. If we cannot replace the part concerned we will replace the item with an identical or similar product.
