Celebrating over 15 years in business, Morris Living continues to grow—offering a wide range of products designed to improve mobility, enhance quality of life, and deliver the most comfortable seat in the house.

Morris Living is a family-run business, led by myself and my two younger brothers, alongside a growing and dedicated team.

I founded the company in 2010 after recognising a need for high-quality, supportive furniture—combined with honest, expert advice—in the growing world of online shopping. From the beginning, our goal has been simple:

To improve our customers’ lives through fairness, integrity, and a commitment to continual improvement.

Today, our operations are anchored in our warehouse and showroom in Mexborough, South Yorkshire—one of the UK’s largest dedicated spaces for Riser Recliner and Swivel Recliner chairs. We hold thousands of chairs in stock for rapid delivery across the UK and beyond. Our support team is spread across the South West, Yorkshire, Wales and even Italy, reflecting our continued growth and reach.

Over the years, we’ve introduced a range of customer-focused initiatives, including exclusive product lines, innovative designs, and flexible delivery options tailored to our customers individual needs. Reducing Waste with Refurbished Ranges

To help prevent waste, reduce unnecessary recycling and offer an improved range of choices to our customers we developed our refurbished range. 


These chairs are inspected and serviced before being sold, and are usually as good as new. Doing this enables us to cut down on waste costs and offer better prices to our customers.

We aim to produce zero non-recyclable waste.


Innovative Services


Rent-a-Riser

For many people, the upfront cost of a riser recliner chair can be a significant barrier. Too often, this leads to settling for unsuitable models or second-hand chairs with unknown safety or reliability. We wanted to offer a better, more affordable option.

In 2022, we launched our Riser Rental Service, giving customers the flexibility to rent from our full range of chairs rather than committing to an outright purchase. It’s ideal for short-term needs, care home use, visiting relatives, or simply when a fixed monthly cost is preferred.

With our rental service, customers still enjoy the same high-quality chairs, expert in-home setup, and friendly support—plus the reassurance that the chair can be returned at any time.

Mobility Products

Developing our range of products is a critical part of our day to day operations. New products which help our customers live their best lives are something we passionately strive to develop.

From furniture to wider mobility aids, we are always looking for products which our customers will benefit from. We are expanding our range to include bathroom mobility aids such as our Motorised Toilet Lift and soon a new range of adjustable beds.

A few years ago, we chose Support Dogs as our company’s charity of choice—and it’s a decision we’re incredibly proud of. Since then, we’ve raised funds through the sale of refurbished chairs and generous customer donations.

In 2025, we reached a major milestone: over £10,000 raised to help Support Dogs continue their vital work. This amazing charity provides life-changing training and support for people with autism, epilepsy, and physical disabilities—and we’re thrilled to play a small part in that impact.
